February 3, 2017
The project will soon be the first mobility (foreign trips). The Foundation co-operated with the Olde Vechte Foundation of the Netherlands. Three of the Foundation’s trainers will be participating in Practicing Coaching and Mentoring Training on the 11th-17th February 2017.

Training aims at improving our trainers’ knowledge and skills in the field of coaching tools and methods, so that our training and workshops will be better adapted to the needs of the participants.

Planned learning outcomes:

  • developing communication skills (active listening, asking questions, providing constructive feedback, clarifying misunderstandings, adjusting communication to the recipient),
  • developing coaching skills (tailoring coaching skills appropriate to the needs, evaluating coaching effects, defining goals and ways of achieving them,
  • developing coaching skill and intercultural mentoring skills (supporting people to work effectively in multicultural teams, using the cultural diversity of the group to develop effective solutions),
  • developing teamwork skills (effective collaboration and team building in international projects).

Project is co-financed by the European Union Erasmus + (Action 1 Educational Mobility, Mobility of Adult Education Staff, Agreement number 2016-1-PL01-KA104-025815).
