We received funding under the Erasmus + program for the implementation of another project. We start the ELEVATE project financed under the Erasmus + program.

The project was designed in response to the need to develop the competences of our management and trainers in an international environment, get inspired by ideas and create workshops and trainings that will inspire participants to act.

We are facing another dose of trainings for which trainers will visit our partners: Olde Vechte Foundation, Dorea Educational Insitute and ShipCon Ltd. In addition, we will observe the work of organizations with a similar profile of activity – we will organize job shadowing activities. We will also conduct a training for our partner organization (training assignment). In addition, we will establish new partnerships, become inspired by new ideas, share knowledge and experience, and improve English speaking skills.

All this to prepare a bilingual training offer, best fitted to the needs of participants that meets international educational standards.
