Coaching in the Olde Vechte Foundation

We have a short video showing the training “Practicing Coaching and Mentoring” in which our trainers took part.

The course consisted of 7 intensive training days, during which we experienced ourselves as participants and developed the practical application of coaching methods and techniques.

The aim of the course was to develop our own coaching method based on previous experience and resources.

During the course we learned various approaches to coaching: experimental learning methods, NLP, Systemic Work, Constellations, Gestalt psychology, meditation, body and vocal awareness, transactional analysis methods and gamification.

Extremely valuable experience was learning in a multinational group.

The Olde Vechte Foundation team: Marko Vlaming, Tihana Dragičević, Lena Nasiakou and Afonso Bértolo took care of the whole learning process.

In addition, we had the opportunity to observe the way they organise the training for an international, large group of participants, build a climate of cooperation, openness and readiness to experiment and experience.
