Mindfulness – a way to focus, decrease stress and improve communication
It was valuable for me to learn about ways to practice mindfulness formally and informally. Thanks to learning about different mindfulness practices, I implement them in my daily life, for example, by dealing with stress. One of the most interesting parts of the training was the one on emotional intelligence and the possibility of regulating emotions. The body work exercises, tasks and meditations that were implemented helped me get to know myself and my way of functioning better. It also opened up space for self-compassion.
The Digital Storytelling: Creative Writing Applications and Programs training, in which Aneta participated was carried out as part of our Wider Horizons project. The project is financed under the Erasmus + program of the European Union.
